Preliminary TEST-FORM short description
Dear Partners and friends of SKILL SHORTAGE LIS Project

keeping in mind that the documentation to be submitted to EC in
Brussels is very complex and so that should be necessary time
to prepare and to monitor though the international Task Force
all the BID correctly now we tray to accelerate your interactive
involvement sending to you the following Preliminary TEST Form
that would be concise and realist in relation to the possible
EU- GRANT allocation of 2.000.000 Euro for two years, as well
as a minimum contribute that we can ask to the European Commission
at the rate of 80%
The following Form must be forwarded in attach format after that
who would like to reply will sign with a simple (X) the sections
where you can find or Yes or Not

Description of TEST FORMAT Codex Meaning ( see also attached schemes):
S1 (Memberships Consortium Service 1.):
It concerns the activities to foster, to promote and diffuse an
OPEN DIALOGUE aiming to share and popularize it among all actors
linked to the future Information Society; S1 it is especially
oriented to encourage inter connectivity among research communities
(like University R&D) and SME's representative- Associations and
National or Regional Government, aiming to overcome the SKILL
SHORTAGE through an e.learning strategy for life long education
addressed to citizen for the future Information Society.
Belongs to this S1. Session of SK-SH project all the partners
that will become an effective member of the SK-SH Consortium to
a maximum of 15 partners.
They will be chosen by the Applicant and the LRE/EGO.-CreaNET
Staff in a territorial balance between EU & LA Countries following
the criteria very similar of that that are kindly suggested in:

After this choice we will send for your knowledge the Criteria
of the choice and we look forward for the agreement with the SK-SH
with the help of the international TASK FORCE voluntary membership.
S2 (Demonstration Activities Service 2.)
The members that will sign this session need to know that for
developing an networking e learning strategy and to demonstrate
and to diffuse the results and outcomes of SK-SH project , it
will be necessary (max. 4/5) partners with a good technological
characteristics, i.e. hat will be able to guarantee a good e.PUBLISHING
demonstration service and that will be a good experience for suggesting
and experimenting the utilization of low costs Platforms of "e.Learning
on demand".
They get also the duty to co-organise with the Applicant and th
LRE/EGO-CeaNET Staff some virtual meetings in English and Spanissh
within a schedule of each four months.
TP's PLAN of ACTION Activities
Members that will sign this section of the high priority thematic
indicated by the SK-SH proposal will those partners that would
like to work and popularize and disseminate some cognitive advanced
domains for implementing the access to the future Knowledge Driven
Society, by means developing some sub-projects with a proper LOGIC
FRAMEWORK that will get a complemental and coherent character
of the entire SK-SH project proposal. Such SUB-Projects will aim
to stimulate innovative multilingual courseware for Knowledge
Management e.educationfacilitating informal on the job long distance
learning oriented to the SME's market's internationalization ,
including the development of sustainable Eco-economic business
models.
Organization of International Congress and Workshops
Members that would be organize one of Six demonstration meetings
of the SK-SH working plan, please need to sign their preference,
writing town in the TEST FORMAT , the proper Country and the
venue of their proposal and can be given some suggestions to modify
the proposed calendar.
Some other notes and asking questions and suggestions for modification
and revision of the TEST FORM , can be freely addressed as soon
as it will be possible to the Staff EGO-CreaNET by e mail, ...
for instance: to develop the project within a duration of the
contract of 30 months or more, …. to look at a EU GRANT of 3.
Million Euro for an ambitious objective to optimize a great geographical
EU-LA area and at the same time covering an more advanced and
horizontal thematic priority's area, in respect to the SK-SH preliminary
proposal ,... and also for suggest to all partners to debate on
other prospective regarding the implementation that need to carry
out for the bid implementation... all of your indication sincerely
will be well accepted.
