Teletraining traditionally is related to distance learning and delineates a perspective of education related only to the aspect of computer-communication technology of distance education, that is referred to the separation of teacher and students in space/ time, and also to the methodologies improving electronic materials for instruction (see for instance: http://sky.fit.qut.edu.au/DataComms/Teach/units.972/itn530/ass/jeya/trans.htm
Following the above traditional approach, teletraining methodology works as an expansion of academic courses in a new technological context of the long distant communication.

Now it will be easy to understand that the historical model of education conflicts with the requirements of the new development of post-industial society of information.
As a fundamental outcome of the paradigm shift from industrial to post-industrial information interactive society, we can forecast the necessity to overcome the strong conceptual "distance" from future scenarios of the productive S.M. enterprises, into a world-wide globalization of the economy and the youth’s professional employment all over the world.
Therefore we need to look forward to a strategy that can be usefull to modify the conceptual context of traditional education transferred from the traditional schooling systens to the computer based long distance teletraining.

Within the Project TASTI (the acronym of: "Telematic Agency of Scientific and Tecnological Information" realized with PIN in Prato - Italy), we start to develop a new plan for post-doctoral studies in wich teletraining is strictly coordinated with an advanced project of case studies and workshops finalized to explore the research & development new conditions of smool and medium enterprises, in the Tuscany area in Italy, when they begin to be inserted in the process of globalization of market. (see: http://www.pin.rete.toscana.it/tasti/)

In this brief synthesis we underline that, the main difference between the traditional way of thinking to teletraining of long distance education, concetrated on the trasmission of academic conservative knowledge , and the new approach improved within the project TASTI by LRE/PIN/EGO-CreaNET, consists in the integration of "teletraining and
telework" in the field of research & developmental studies of S.M. productive enterprises. In this way the main goal of project TASTI is to modify the typical separation of the traditional cognitive structure of industrial society among research, education, development and emplojment.
Nowadays LRE/EGO-CreaNet Telematic Association, starting from the experience maturated on the project TASTI in Tuscany area, will improve an international project named "Creativity on Line for Labour", as a teletraining/telework experience at very hight qualified professionality for growing an international manager personality and improving management of organizational change, by means a common global
communication research & development among Europe Cuba and Latin America. (see attached preliminary informations.)

Creativity on line for implementing labour in the www will be a project able to follow the historical developmental requirements of the interactive information society.
The main goal of the "CoL-TELE-Labour" project will be the metamorphisis de la information in creative knowledge.
The strategy of the research &development project "CoL-TELE-Labour" will betraining new telematic employment at very hight qualification with the aim to advance to the post-industrial society.
We consider that the telework get a possibility to improve new jobs (as partial time employment) and also that telework can delineate a system of education for the creation the new professions for the youth strongly in contact with the needs of productive development.
We substain also that the telework will be a new kind of work that requires the creation of new enterprises and new telematic agencies.
Following the above comments and aims we can develop the project CoL-TELE-Labour starting from the idea to connect Europa with America Latina by means an developmental research on the impact of telework on the following areas:
