LET’S FORM A CIRCLE

Projects, programs are in themselves inert subjects.
Ci sono centinaia e migliaia di persone che sanno fare bellissimi progetti e bellissimi programmi: gli empori delle idee sono ormai accessibili a tutti.
There are hundreds and thousands of people who know how to create beautiful projects and programs: the market of ideas is by now accesible to everyone.
Ciò che conferisce al progetto dignità è la realizzabilità dell'obiettivo per cui è stato pensato, ideato.
That which confers dignity to a project is realising the objective which was thought of and created
Il "come" è il vero banco di prova; sul come si gioca la competenza, l'attendibilità e la coerenza dei "costruttori".
“How” is the real test; how competence, attendility and coherence work together.
Ma ogni costruzione ha i suoi costi e qui si pone il grande problema delle risorse cui attingere.
But every construction has its costs and here rests the great problem of the resources that we must use.
Abbiamo oggi davanti gli effetti devastanti dei "cattivi amministratori": il patrimonio comune, frutto di una rete di solidarietà che si è intessuta nel tempo, è stato violato e saccheggiato.
We have in front of us today the devastating affects of “bad administrators”: a common patrimony-- fruit of a net of solidarity that has been consolidated over time –has been violated and plundered.
Per sfuggire alla disperazione o alla rassegnazione, per coltivare la speranza della sua ricomposizione ci resta un'unica risorsa: noi stessi.
Solo con uno sforzo intenso di solidarietà possiamo liberarci dall'angoscia che ci proviene dalla
consapevolezza che non ci è più dato di sbagliare.
To flee from desperation or resegnation, to cultivate hope of its recomposition, there remains a sole resource: ourselves. Only with an intense force of solidarity can we free ourselves from the agony that comes from the understanding that we must no longer make a mistake.
Ci si impone uno sforzo creativo, una capacità di rischiarci in nuove forme.
This calls for a creative force, a capacity to risk ourselves in new forms.
Dobbiamo ridisegnare dentro di noi un modello dell'agire solidale, condivisibile e misurabile, che ci consenta di essere insieme, persone e struttura, strumenti liberi da comportamenti scevri da qualsiasi tentazione gerarchica, costruzione forte della sua sinergia.
We must redesign within ourselves a model of action that is based on solidarity, sharing and that is measurable, that allows us to be together, persons and structures, free instruments of liberal comportment from any kind of hierarchic temptation, a strong construction of synergy.
Esiste una modalità, suffragata dalla psicologia, che, più di qualsiasi altra, dispone e apre alla fertilità comunicativa, al fare-comune ed è il ... mettersi in cerchio:
There exists a form, supported by psychology, that more than any other, opens us to communicative fertility, to collective action and that is … forming a circle:
"Quando gli uomini si devono mettere d'accordo, formano un cerchio quasi per una legge segreta".
“When men must agree, they form a circle maybe for a secret law.”
In cerchio ci si afferma con pari dignità, si converge verso un obiettivo comune, si abbraccia e tutela il patrimonio condiviso, si retrocede per esserepiù accoglienti, è ininfluente il posto che si occupa.
In a circle one affirms with equal dignity, people converge toward a common objective, people hug each other and care about their shared patrimony, they pull back to be more welcoming, And no importance is placed on the post that one occupies.
Mettersi in cerchio vuol dire saper perdere la propria centralità, essere aperti ai valori di cui ciascuno è portatore, accettare l'altro senza condizioni.
Forming a circle means knowing how to lose one’s own centrality, to be open to the values which each one brings, to accept the other without any conditions.
Il cerchio non ha inizio e non ha fine, comincia e termina dappertutto, ricurvo in sé stesso è una figura sincera, forte, concorde.
The circle has neither a beginning nor an end, it begins and ends everywhere, it curves into itself and it is a sincere, strong, harmonious figure.
Il cerchio è : ruota, movimento, energia, flusso, ciclo, continuità, sole, terra, ovulo …VITA
The circle is: wheel, movement ,energy, flowing, cycle, continuity, sun, earth, ovum….. LIFE

RESISTENZA

The idea of RESISTANCE is personal and motivating to each member and any other person who is prepared to invest a certain amount of his or her time and energy into Serbia's future. For that reason the RESISTANCE is organized into action groups that have a wide autonomy. RESISTANCE does not recognize leadership, chiefs or presidents and they could never be elected!
The RESISTANCE idea can only succeed if it is accepted as a personal task and mission. The power of the organization is based upon cherishing individual ideas and activities and therefore each person is equally important. We believe that the existence of any kind of authority would certainly obstruct the idea of RESISTANCE. You live RESISTANCE and you are essential to the RESISTANCE.
The only measure of an individuals success within the organization is his personal effort to spread the RESISTANCE concept, his courage and support. The voting system within the organization does not exist and it never could. At the beginning of the 21st Century RESISTANCE leaves the voting to those for whom it is still not clear: there isn't any more time for political games in Serbian politics. Success is certain if there are enough of us, if we are brave and trust one another. The Messiah will not suddenly appear on a white horse and solve all of our problems. Our message is: "We Need You" and it refers to absolutely each and every one of you who is willing to help.
We all have a fist.
L'idea di RESISTENZA è personale ed è motivante per ciascun membro e qualsiasi altra persona che sia pronta ad investire una certa quantità del suo tempo e delle sue energie nel futuro della Serbia. Per questa ragione RESISTENZA e' organizzata in gruppi d'azione largamente autonomi. RESISTENZA non riconosce alcuna leadership, capi o presidenti non saranno mai eletti.
L'idea di RESISTENZA puo' avere successo solo se e' accettata come un impegno personale e una missione.
Il potere della organizzazione e' basato sulla cura e attenzione alle idee e attivita' individuali quindi ogni persona e' importante.
Noi crediamo che l'esistenza di qualsiasi genere di autorità ostacoli l'idea di RESISTENZA.
Si vive la RESISTENZA e si è essenziali alla RESISTENZA.
La sola misura del successo personale dentro l'organizzazione è lo sforzo personale, il coraggio e il sostegno allo svolgimento del
concetto di RESISTENZA. Il sistema elettivo non esiste nè puo' esistere dentro l'organizzazione.
All'inizio del 21o secolo RESISTENZA lascia le votazioni a coloro che non hanno ancora capito: " Non c'è piu' tempo per i giochi politici
nella politica Serba. Sara' un successo se saremo in molti ad essere coraggiosi e a fidarci
l'uno dell'altro. Il Messia non apparirà improvvisamente su un cavallo bianco per
risolvere tutti i nostri problemi. Il nostro messaggio e': " ABBIAMO BISOGNO DI TE" ed e'
diretto a chiunque di voi e' pronto ad aiutarci. Tutti abbiamo un pugno.

was established as a spontaneous idea of Belgrade University students in October 1998 during protest by students of the Philological Faculty, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering against the repressive University Law by the deans of these Faculties. After a three-month protest that resulted in the release of the dean of the Philological Faculty Radmilo Marojevic, the RESISTANCE idea and its clenched fist symbol became the sign of identification among democratic youth in Serbia.
