The project “MENTAL CHANGE”, aiming to create a culture of innovative entrepreneurship in the context of an advancing Knowledge Society, will develop a deep analysis of the diversity of opportunities in different National
context. The goal of such analysis will be a comparative understanding how and why business innovation of “intangible assets” need to be considered a fundamental focus of Knowledge Society change in the scenario of the Extended Europe. For the above goal partners will provide to organize in each partner-county a “National or Regional -Interest Group” ( i.e. a “NIG // RIG“) composed by a framework of stakeholders to share knowledge in the key developmental areas of Mental Change and develop a deep reflection in order to add value to the quality of planning and problem solving in e.Govern for an efficient incoming of European Knowledge Economy.

An ideal "National or Regional or Transnational Interest Group" (NIG//RIG/TIG ) is focused on the Research & Development approach to strengthening ERA ( European Research Area) oriented to the development of new economic theory and to collect best practices able oriented to develop new professional job in Knowledge Management. Therefore one or more University Teams ( or RDT/UNITS) in integrated sciences (Economy / Education innovation ) can be useful in this NIG//RIG/TIG collabotative community aggregations.
Also it will be important to aggregate a Local Administration.

The Promoter of Mental Change Proposal is looking to the Regional Dimension, but also a higher level of Public Administration can be included in the NIG//RIG//TIG. Finally a Mass Media Units and a PORTAL Construction Firm for the Dissemination and the sharing of Knowledge by Electronic Editions need to be taken in consideration as partner/or stakeholder of the NIG//RIG//TIG community.
