Università e ricerca "Skill
Shortage"
Nell’ambito del programma @LIS - e.Learning, il LRE dell'Università
di Firenze intende avviare la messa a punto di un modello
di formazione permanente interattiva tra Europa e America
Latina sul tema delle carenze professionali (Skill Shortage)
e della condivisione di conoscenze (Sharing Knowledge)
per lo sviluppo delle "Società della Economia della Conoscenza"
(Knowledge Driven Society).
LRE con ciò vuole favorire lo sviluppo di un sistema di
formazione permanente "senza distanza", denominato "NET-Learning".
Quest'ultimo è così detto, proprio in quanto basato sulla
realizzazione di "Comunità Virtuali" interattive di autori
(Corporate e.DUCATION), capaci di attuare una condivisione
di intenti e competenze nella gestione di conoscenze su
temi specifici.

"Agri-Traccia" in Toscana
In un mercato sempre più integrato e globale, i prodotti
alimentari tradizionali rischiano di essere sostituiti
dai prodotti industriali. Se da un lato i progressi tecnici
delle produzioni agroalimentari hanno prodotto nei paesi
industrializzati grandi benefici, dall’altro tale evoluzione
tende a far scomparire prodotti legati alle tradizioni
locali e frutto di lunghe evoluzioni selettive.
In quest’ambito il progetto Agri-Traccia si propone di
creare un network "Università-Impresa", con lo scopo di
avvalorare la qualità dei prodotti cerealicoli in Toscana
al fine di preservarne l’identità genomica della produzione.

Nowadays LRE-EGO-CreaNET consider very important to establish
a strategy for improving all together the net-learning
topics and contents priorities for changing the Knowledge
Management of the obsolete Industrial Society, by means
the utilization of a strategy of networking e.learning

Content: “FOOD QUALITY & SAFETY“
Dear Partners,
the “SKILL SHORTAGE “ proposal for the call @LIS aims
to improve an international incubation facilities and
appropriate promotional means growing up a partnership
consortium in Knowledge Management (K.M.) networking for
e.learning among Universities and SME’s aiming to support
SME’s competitiveness in the internationalisation of production
and retailing into the evolution of global communication
system.
Henceforth for SME’s competitive strategy it will be important
to open a priority issues for a K.M. innovation in some
multidisciplinary issues of SKILL SHORTAGE TASKS for
developing a innovative ACTION PLAN .
The second priority issue that the LRE/EGO-CeaNET will
open to a debate concerns the thematic priority of : “FOOD
QUALITY & SAFETY” for improving traceability processes
along all production and transformation chains.
The issue of “FOOD QUALITY & SAFETY” for the future ability
to co-operate in a international context of SME’s marketing
between Europe and Latin American Countries and for getting
successful to this goal it will be necessary reinforcing
a web-based multidisciplinary co-operation among Universities
and SME’s.
In fact Food’s TRACEABILITY means to trace food from “FARMS
to FORK” through all stages of production and distribution.
As a matter of facts “All Stages” means that , in the
next market and marketing future, it will be indispensable
a complete transparent commercial sustainable environment
inclusive of primary agricultural production food up to
its transformation and sale or supply to the final consumer
consumption.
The ability to trace down animal or agricultural foods
origin through bio-technology DNA fingerprinting to any
further food chain transformation today constitute an
extremely relevant web-based data system for the quality
food’s certification and in respect to the safety of people
all over the world. Hence the growth of food’s Traceability
systems it will be important for SKILL BUILDING of new
team professions because need a multidisciplinary and
multi enterprise net-working approach that need to integrate
scientific, legal and productive capabilities co-operating
in a way to be able to reply to a quick and efficient
retrieval of transparent information finalised to guarantee
and to control and to certificate the quality and safety
of any food.
For the above reasons the SLILL SHORTAGE @LIS proposal
of EGO-CreaNET/LRE of NET-Learning in a cultural diversity,
will develop an Action Plan for skill foresight in the
field of FOOD TRACEABILITY, aiming to support a K.M. innovation
anticipating the identification of future needs of SME’s
responsibility and decisions in food standards traceability
at the international level for improving a transparent
productive and commercial environment in the global market
place. I hope that partners will debate this II° ACTION
PLAN TASK on FOOD QUALITY & SAFETY that is considered
a strategic priority for K.M. of the future SME’s & University
co-operation.
